A few things that keep the studio calm
By booking with us you agree to the policies below. Thank you for your understanding.
Booking & deposits
All appointments are by reservation. A card on file is required to hold your appointment. Advanced treatments (microchanneling, plasma, Botox) may require a non-refundable deposit that is applied to your service.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows are charged 100%. Packages and gift cards are debited accordingly.
Late arrivals
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your first visit to complete intake forms. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time so the next guest starts on schedule; the full service price applies.
Health & consent
Please tell us about medications (including Accutane and retinoids), allergies, pregnancy, recent sun exposure or procedures. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign consent. We may decline or modify a treatment if it is not safe for your skin.
Packages, gift cards & refunds
Packages are non-transferable and valid for 12 months from purchase. Gift cards never expire and are not redeemable for cash. Services are non-refundable; unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days.
Studio etiquette
Our suites are shared with other practitioners. Please keep phones on silent and arrive without guests or children unless they have an appointment. Free parking is available outside the suite.
