Lavender Skin Therapy was created with a simple vision: to offer a more personal approach to skincare and wellness one where every client feels welcomed, cared for, and never rushed.

Founded by Joanna Bismark-Pettit, Lavender began as a boutique skincare studio in Glenwood Springs and has grown into a place where advanced skincare, therapeutic massage, and relaxation come together under one roof.

With European training and a passion for skin health, Joanna believes that beautiful skin starts with understanding the individual. There is no one-size-fits-all facial at Lavender. Treatments are thoughtfully customized based on your skin, your concerns, and what your skin needs at that particular time.

Over the years, Lavender has continued to evolve, bringing in advanced treatments and technology including microchanneling, oxygen therapy, hydrodermabrasion, chemical peels, mesotherapy, radiofrequency, cryotherapy, and plasma technology, while continuing to offer the relaxing, hands-on facial experience our clients love.

But Lavender has never been only about skincare.

Our massage therapy team brings together a variety of techniques and specialties, from customized relaxation massage to deep tissue, sports massage, Thai massage, cupping, somatic bodywork, lymphatic drainage, and hot stone. This allows us to help each client find a therapist and treatment style that feels right for them.

We intentionally remain a small, locally owned studio. Our private treatment rooms, quiet setting, convenient parking, and personal approach allow us to create an experience that feels different from a large spa or clinic.
