More Than Just a Massage

We believe the small details make a difference. Our customized massages include relaxing enhancements such as:

Additional enhancements may be available depending on the massage and therapist.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Gentle Support for the Lymphatic System

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is very different from Deep Tissue or traditional Swedish Massage. It uses very light, gentle, rhythmic movements intended to encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid through the body.

The lymphatic system plays an important role in maintaining fluid balance and transporting lymph throughout the body. Because the technique is gentle, clients should not expect the deep pressure or muscle work associated with Deep Tissue Massage.

When Is Lymphatic Drainage Recommended?

Lymphatic drainage may be helpful for clients experiencing swelling or fluid retention and is also commonly sought during recovery following certain surgical or cosmetic procedures.

Post-surgical lymphatic drainage should only be performed when appropriate and after the client has been cleared by their surgeon or medical provider. The timing and type of massage can vary considerably depending on the procedure and stage of recovery.

The massage is modified for pregnancy, including comfortable positioning and appropriate techniques. Please let your therapist know how far along you are and inform us of any pregnancy-related complications or restrictions. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or medical concerns, we may request clearance from your healthcare provider before treatment.

Yes. We provide massage services for teens age 16 and older with parental or legal guardian consent. Teen clients will be scheduled with a massage therapist of the same gender. Please contact us before booking so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Our facility is not currently set up for a traditional couples massage where two people receive treatments together in the same room. However, when therapist availability allows, we can schedule two massages at the same time in separate treatment rooms. This is a great option for couples, friends, or family members who would like to enjoy their massages at the same time.
