Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we are by appointment only. Book online any time or call/text 970-319-5200. Same-day appointments are sometimes available.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available right outside the suite at 1512 Grand Ave. Enter through the main door and find Suite 108.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service. See Spa Policies.
Which facial should I choose?
If you are unsure, book a complimentary skin consultation or start with the HydroDermabrasion Facial, which suits all skin types.
Are your products clean?
We use professional, non-toxic brands including Eminence Organic Skin Care and HydroPeptide.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Our gift cards are available to purchase online in any amount and are valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can teens get treatments?
Yes. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign a consent form.
Do you treat men?
Absolutely. All facials, waxing and massage services are for everyone.
Where is Lavender Skin Therapy located?
We are a boutique skincare and wellness studio in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, conveniently located in a business plaza near Walgreens and City Market. Our studio offers private treatment rooms, a quiet and relaxing environment, and convenient parking right outside.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. Lavender Skin Therapy offers membership options for clients who would like to make regular skincare and wellness treatments part of their routine. Please contact us for current membership options and benefits.
Do you offer Botox?
Yes. Botox appointments are offered on select dates with our Registered Nurse. Because availability is limited, advance scheduling is recommended.
Can I book a spa day or private group event?
Yes! We offer facial parties, birthday spa days, bridal showers, baby showers, Pamper Me parties, and other private group celebrations. Contact us directly so we can customize your event.
Are advanced treatments appropriate for everyone?
Not every treatment is appropriate for every client. Certain health conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, active skin conditions, or other contraindications may affect which services can safely be performed. Please let us know about relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent treatments when booking or during your consultation.
