Age Requirements
Minimum Age: Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive services.
Clients Under 16: Guests younger than 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during the time of service.
Parental Consent: For any clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian’s written consent is required prior to the treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee of 50%.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may result in a full charge of the service price.
Health Considerations
Medical Conditions: Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment.
Pregnancy: Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy. Please consult with our staff for appropriate services.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Spa Etiquette
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and relax before your service begins.
Quiet Environment: To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we kindly ask that you silence your mobile devices.
Children and Guests: For safety and relaxation, only clients receiving treatments are permitted in the service areas.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Right to Refuse Service
Discretionary Right: Lavender Skin Therapy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, clients who exhibit inappropriate behavior, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who do not comply with our spa policies.
