General spa rules
Welcome to Lavender Skin Therapy. To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our spa policies.
Age Requirements
- Minimum Age: Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive services.
- Clients Under 16: Guests younger than 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during the time of service.
- Parental Consent: For any clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian’s written consent is required prior to the treatment.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee of 50%.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may result in a full charge of the service price.
Spa Etiquette
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and relax before your service begins.
- Quiet Environment: To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we kindly ask that you silence your mobile devices.
- Children and Guests: For safety and relaxation, only clients receiving treatments are permitted in the service areas.
Health Considerations
- Medical Conditions: Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment.
- Pregnancy: Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy. Please consult with our staff for appropriate services.
Right to Refuse Service
- Discretionary Right: Lavender Skin Therapy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, clients who exhibit inappropriate behavior, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who do not comply with our spa policies.
Please not that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. All appointments must be secured with a credit card.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee.
